Our Story

Real International, founded in 2014 by Lynn Yuan, is a premier real estate investment firm based in the Austin / San Antonio region, Lynn arrived in Austin 30 years ago and worked her way up in the tech industry, making her first real estate investment, a rental property for her children, in 2000.

Lynn left the tech industry to become a full-time real estate agent, earning her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and growing her real estate investments.
Later, Lynn initiated her first development project and founded Real International as a way to bring others the success she’d created for herself. As our largest investor, she has now helped three generations of clients grow and preserve their wealth.
As a hybrid between a Family Office and a Private Equity Group, we offer the understanding and trust of a family office combined with the discipline and strategy of a private equity firm.

Lynn Yuan’s path to real estate success is a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit and foresight. After arriving in Austin three decades ago, she carved out a successful career in the technology sector. In 2000, Lynn made her inaugural foray into real estate with the purchase of a rental property for her children, laying the foundation for what would become Real International.
