Lifeng has accumulated over a decade of experience in investments (both real estate and securities), public accounting, construction, and capital markets. From consistently achieving 20%+ annual return on a multi-million dollar family office investment fund, to becoming a top performing manager at international public accounting firm FORVIS. From overseeing half a dozen residential construction projects to serving industry-leading public company clients at Deutsche Bank. Lifeng endeavors to be the best in every pursuit.

Lifeng currently holds a real estate license from the state of Texas, a Certified Public Accountant license from the state of Texas, and an Enrolled Agent license from the Internal Revenue Service.

Lifeng has also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Duke University Fuqua School of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Lifeng enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and dog outside of work, from traveling globally to hiking locally. He is also a semi-professional European football player who strives to maintain his competitiveness for as long as CR7.
