Opening a new R&D site for Goodix, it was critical we find a site that would fit the needs of a growing team and also serve as a recruiting mechanism in the highly competitive Austin tech job market. Robert and Lynn spent many long hours visiting office space and scouring the market for available units until we found just the right fit. They also provided valuable support through the entire process of lease negotiation, space design and contractor selection. We had a great experience and now have a new office space for Goodix in Austin!
