The Enclave at Crystal Falls | Zoning Approval
The Rezoning for Real International’s Enclave at Crystal Falls was just approved!
This project includes four parcels totaling ~19.5 acres of land. The zoning comprises 7.81 acres of residential space, providing 78 units and 11.72 acres of commercial space.
It has not been easy, but on the 1st of September, Real International’s zoning for this project was voted unanimously for approval by the city!
This zoning was approved on the condition that the first phase shall include 4000 SF of commercial space rather than 2000.
