2021 was also a year of opportunities. Austin’s housing demand was unbelievable in 2021. Growing high-tech employment from companies like Apple, Tesla, Oracle and Samsung is driving the Austin real estate market to be one of the most attractive places to invest in the US. Residential Brokerage-
Sales volume increased 350% compared to 2020;
Out-of-state clients ratio reached 65%;
Investment transactions made up 75% of all transactions in 2021;
Commercial Brokerage-
Sales volume doubled compared to 2021;
Helped clients acquire different types of commercial properties including Medical Office, Retail Center, Office Building, Recreational & Development Land for Residential Use, Manufacturing and Warehouse;
Property Management:
Managing 419 doors in total (Residential + Commercial);
Rent collection rate reached 99%;
The average lease-out time is within 20 days;
Equity Investment:
Delivered 10 brand new equity investment portfolios in 2021;
Deployed $41,667,000 of equity capital in 2021;
Currently managing 40 active projects;
Development & Construction :
Acquired 151 development units in 2021;
209 residential units actively under development, 75% of which started in 2021;
Total development value reached $116MM in 2021;
