She also served as an Area Director for global serviced office providers Regus and WeWork, overseeing sales and operations. This background strengthened her expertise in strategic planning, disciplined execution, contract negotiation, client advisory, and complex transaction management.
Stephanie’s connection to Austin became personal in 2020, when a family visit unexpectedly turned into a permanent move during the early months of COVID. After living in multiple short-term rentals across the city, she and her family chose Northwest Austin as home, drawn to the area’s community, resilience, and quality of life.
Having invested in Central Texas real estate since 2013 and become a licensed REALTOR® in 2022, Stephanie understands real estate from both a professional and investor perspective.
