By retiring the senior debt ahead of schedule, we have significantly de-risked the project. The property is now completely debt-free, meaning 100% of the proceeds from every upcoming sale will go directly toward paying down our investors’ initial capital.
Our team is currently finalizing the calculations on the remaining cash proceeds from this recent milestone, and a small distribution will be sent to investors shortly.

Lakeline began as an off-market opportunity brought through long-standing relationships, a deal that rarely becomes available in the open market.
Acquired as a distressed asset at a highly favorable basis, our team has successfully executed our targeted repositioning strategy. By subdividing the property into commercial condo units, we quickly tapped into the high demand along Lakeline Boulevard in Cedar Park, transforming the property into a vibrant, highly sought-after commercial space for medical and professional services.
Looking Ahead: A Major Summer Milestone
The momentum doesn’t stop there. We recently placed an anchor medical buyer under contract for the entirety of Building 3. We anticipate finalizing this major transaction in July. Once closed, this will trigger a significant capital distribution to our investors.
