Cangshan Cutlery was founded by Henry Liu and currently staffs more than 800 employees worldwide. The company produces high-end cutlery sold at multiple retailers including Williams Sonoma, Crate & Barrel and Costco. The quality of Cangshan’s product has been recognized by industry insiders from all over the world. Thomas Keller, the world-renowned Michelin-starred chef, is one of the brand ambassadors of Cangshan.
The company expects to open its first United States manufacturing facility on this new land, and to provide 300 job opportunities at the site by 2025. Additionally , the company is moving its international headquarters from Chino, California to Leander, Texas.
