Lynn Yuan is the Founder and CEO of Real International, an Austin-based real estate investment, brokerage, and property management firm serving the Austin–San Antonio region. An Austin resident for more than three decades and a real estate investor for over twenty years, she has successfully navigated multiple market cycles. She began building the company in 2009 and formally established Real International in 2014—investing her own capital alongside her clients from the start.

Under her leadership, Real International has grown into an integrated platform spanning investment, development, residential and commercial brokerage, and property and asset management, with $365 million in assets under management across multifamily, retail, office, industrial, single-family, and land assets. Lynn works with individuals, entrepreneurs, and families to align their real estate strategy with broader financial goals—from acquiring a first investment property to building a diversified, professionally managed portfolio.

Prior to entering real estate, Lynn spent 20 years in program management at Fortune 500 technology companies—a background that continues to shape the firm’s analytical discipline and focus on execution. She holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a licensed Texas real estate broker.

Beyond her work at the firm, Lynn is the publisher of Texas Capital News, Austin’s longest-running Chinese-language publication, and remains deeply active in community leadership. Her core purpose is simple: to help families use real estate to create greater financial choice and build a lasting legacy for the next generation.
