Daryl is a cross-functional team leader with years of experience driving results and building capabilities. He served as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy for seven years, including three years onboard a Guam-based fast attack submarine and two years briefing the Chief of Naval Operations and the Secretary of the Navy on global and contingency operations at the Pentagon.

Following his military service, Daryl completed his JD/MBA at the University of Michigan, where he collaborated with venture capital-backed businesses to raise funds, deploy capital, identify target markets, and innovate products. His deep understanding of strategy and operations makes him an invaluable asset to any team.

At Real International, Daryl serves as the Investment Engagement and Analytics Manager, where he is responsible for overseeing investor relations and conducting comprehensive investment analysis. In this role, he ensures that our investors are well-informed, valued, and aligned with our strategic goals, while driving insights that support our business growth. His commitment to building strong relationships and his analytical acumen position him as a key driver in Real International’s continued success.
