Her professional journey began as the Professional Development Manager for the Arizona Association of Realtors, where she realized her passion for assisting agents in reaching their professional goals. Advancing into the realm of real estate education, Heather served as Director of Education for one of the largest local real estate associations in the country. Most recently, Heather led a comprehensive range of operations including recruitment, training, and performance management for a national real estate network of over 2,000 REALTORS. Heather embodies the essence of dedication and passion in the real estate sector with a deep-seated dedication to professionalism and love for the industry.

As a new resident of Texas, Heather resides in Hutto with her Husband Chris, two cats (Doug and Mochi), and their dog (Lucy).
